School Development Priorities 2024/2025

QUALITY OF EDUCATION: To improve attainment by ensuring there is a consistent approach to teaching and learning in all subjects so that there is an improvement in data outcomes in all year groups.

BEHAVIOUR AND ATTITUDES To ensure that vulnerable children are able to focus well in lessons.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT To engage more effectively with the wider community.

LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT To develop the monitoring role of subject leaders so that priorities are effectively contributing to the whole school develop plan and are communicated with SLT and governors.
