  • Wilder Wallop seed pictures

    Fri 17 Jul 2020
We have been sent some great photos from the children of their Wilder Wallop seeds. It's great to see how much they have grown. Thank you for sending them in.
  • Wilder Wallop update

    Mon 13 Jul 2020

William from Hawks has sent in an update on his Wilder Wallop seeds.

My Wildflower patch has flowers! We have poppies, daisies, cornflower, campanula and more! We also have lots of bare ground around the flowers so don’t worry if you only have a few flowers up and lots of bare ground still, it just means not all the seeds germinated (sprouted), this happens a lot and is just part of nature.

The bugs love the patch, especially the hover flies. I’m going to keep watching my patch and will take photos of any other flowers that come up and any other bugs I see to share with you. I’m also going to keep watering it on the days it doesn’t rain. Have you had any flowers yet? Can you send the photos to Mrs Evans so we can all see?

    William H
